We have shipped furniture products to our commercial customers across the US,
and we also celebrate our
international customers in Brazil, The Caribbean, Mexico, Japan,
China & Africa. We are known for expedient service in voice mail
/ email response, turnaround time in quoting (can be less than 2
hours), product knowledge, and do not use high pressure sales
tactics. We
constantly update the website with information resulting from
customer questions. We may not know everything but we will not
hesitate to call the factory with customer questions that are
outside our knowledge base.
Some of our customers have said that it was "refreshing" to talk
with some one that is polite, has extensive product knowledge, actually does what they say they
are going to do, and does not use high pressure sales tactics. We do not quote impractical turn around times, we
do not misrepresent product capabilities, we do not promise things
that we cannot do. We would rather walk away from a sale than
mislead a customer.
